On Friday, in accordance with Serbian Orthodox fasting traditions, we will be serving only vegan dishes and seafood.

Riblja čorba (fish stew)

A hearty, slow-cooked fish stew (prepared with red snapper) made fresh on Friday morning. Richly blended with vegetables and seasoned with paprika for a bold, flavorful taste.

Posna večera (fish dinner)

Our fasting-friendly dinner features grilled salmon served alongside a variety of vegan salads and sides. Visit the grill station for details.

Lignje (fried calamari)

Lightly battered and crispy, our fried calamari can be enjoyed on its own or served as a perfect complement to any of our grilled dishes.

Pasta sa škampima (shrimp pasta)

Freshly prepared pasta tossed with shrimp and a rich, vegan-friendly sauce.

Girice (fried smelts)

Ćevapi (beef sausage) 

Ćevapi are sausages made from minced meat (beef and veal). They’re served in small (5-piece) or large (10-piece) portions, tucked inside a warm lepinja, a soft,

grilled flatbread. Condiments include raw onions, sour cream, and urnebes (spicy cheese spread).

Pljeskavica (beef/pork patty)

Pljeskavica is a flat patty made from minced meat (pork and beef). Grilled to perfection, it can be served on its own, accompanied by a side of French fries, or tucked into a lepinja, a soft, grilled flatbread. It can be enjoyed with raw onions, sour cream, and urnebes (spicy cheese spread).

Kobasica (beef/pork sausage)

Kobasica is a juicy, grilled sausage made from a blend of pork and beef. Flame-grilled and bursting with flavor, it’s served with your choice of side such as raw onions, sour cream, and urnebes (a spicy cheese spread).

Piletina (grilled chicken)

Marinated in a traditional blend of Balkan spices, our Serbian-style grilled boneless chicken leg is flame-grilled to juicy perfection and is served with your choice of side.

Mešano meso (meat platter)

Our Serbfest meat platter includes traditional grilled meats. Enjoy 5 ćevapi (grilled beef sausages), half of a pljeskavica (beef & pork patty), one kobasica (beef & pork sausage), and a grilled boneless chicken leg. It can be enjoyed with fresh bread and condiments.

Pečenje (roasted lamb/pork)

Pečenje is a traditional dish made from whole lamb or pork, slowly roasted on a spit over open coals. Cooked outdoors for several hours and turned frequently, the meat develops an irresistibly tender texture with a crispy exterior.

Gulaš (goulash)

Gulaš (or goulash) is a slow-cooked beef stew made with tender beef, caramelized onions, and paprika, traditionally enjoyed with fresh bread.

Palačinke (crepes)

Parking is available on the church property. We do not guarantee a spot.
One-day parking pass, per car, is $10. A three-day parking pass for one car is $20.

Additional offsite parking will be at St. Stephen’s Church (1895 Lake Emma Rd, Longwood, FL). For your convenience, we provided a free shuttle bus that will take you to and from the church. The distance is approximately 0.2 miles from the church. The shuttles are air-conditioned, and they will drop you off at the main entrance.
